Deputy Commissioner's Office Dhubri Recruitment of Data Entry Operator. [Feb 2017]

A Walk-in-interview will be held for selection and Engagement of 2 (Two) Nos of Contractual Employees for data entry in connection with MIS, e-Safar, HRMS. Intending Candidates having the following Qualifications should report before the Selection Committee on 14th February 2017 at 11.00 A.M at
the Conference Hall of Deputy Commissioner,Dhubri with all required Testimonials.

Reporting time for Test/Interview: 9 A.M to 11.00 A.M on 14th February,2017.

1. Qualifcation Criteria:
(a) The Candidiate must be an Indian Citizen and a permanent resident of Assam.
(b) The Candidate must be minimum HSSLC passed with 6(six) months Diploma in Computer Application with proficiency in M.S Office.
(c) The Candidate should have completed 21 years as on 1st January, 2017 and shall not be more than 40 years on that day.
 

2. Engagement and Remuneration Details:
(a) The Engagement will be just for a period of 4(Four) Months only and does not assure any extension of service can not be claim for any future absorption on Govt. jobs in future.
(b) Re.muneration @ Rs.6, 500/-(Six Thousand five hundred per month) P-M only (c) Nos. of post of Data Entry Operator:-02 Nos.
 

3. Duties & Responsibilities thereof: Duties and Responsibilities is to assist the D.C’s Office, Dhubri in Data Entry operation in regard to MIS, e-Safar and HRMS.
 

4. Documents needed for the interview and details thereof:
(a)Candidates are advised to bring Xerox copy (along with original &
self-attested copy) of all documents pertaining to their qualification,
age, identity proof and two passport size photographs for
verification.
(b) Inability to produce above mentioned documents at the time of
interview or falsification of documents will render the applicants
ineligible for the selection process or even after selection &
engagement in the post afterward.
(c) No T.A/D.A will be admissible for the test/interview.
(d) No candidate will be entertained after 11A.M strictly on the date of interview.
